It is a project that emerges from the Mediterranean, in a privileged setting and a unique location. Its fa\u00e7ade stands proudly and can be admired from the sea, like a villa bathed in light, where the sound of the waves mingles with the silence. It is a home of almost perfect balance, both in its proportions and its design; a work conceived so that the passage of time only serves to reaffirm its harmony with the Mediterranean landscape. <\/p>\n\n
Villa Gaiet\u00e0 is also a villa with a story behind it: the story of a feeling and of a great self-made entrepreneur who, at the beginning of his career, decided to invest in this property. For many years he enjoyed it with his family, making it the backdrop for countless memories. <\/p>\n\n
Over time, various circumstances led to the house remaining closed for several years. The proximity to the sea and the lack of use made deterioration inevitable. Finally, she made the decision to demolish the old house and build a new one, precisely on the spot where, years before, many of her dreams had begun to come true. <\/p>\n\n
For Bloom, it has been a true honor to have been chosen to restore this property to its former glory. Because behind something that, at first glance, may seem as cold as a building, there are always emotions, memories, and personal stories.
