Sant Sebastià Villa is a spectacular property located in a privileged location, a balcony overlooking the sea, with impressive views. This villa is an architectural jewel where we accept the challenge of maintaining the essence of a house from the sixties but adapting it to current times, giving it a Mediterranean atmosphere and using natural materials.
A lot of work was done at the office level, to find the best solution for the interior distributions, adapting at all times to the regulatory limitations of this property which were very restrictive, finally we were able to carry out the project with the design and concept desired by the property.
Finally we carry out the execution with a great team of professionals, a lot of work and the help of the property at all times who was involved in the project at all times improving the final result.
DESIGN
We kept the structure of the house, the rest we modified everything, covering the facade with porcelain material, being one of the first to place large-format plates, certified natural woods and first-class materials were used in the interiors, the result is, according to most people who have visited, that it is a spectacular town with a very welcoming atmosphere.
