Casa Samekh is a spectacular project located in the prestigious town of Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, very close to the town center, a stone’s throw from the sea, the Llavaneres golf club and 30 minutes from the city of Barcelona, continue with the line that characterizes us, a Mediterranean and contemporary home where natural light is the protagonist.
In this project we looked for detail, design and something basic… functionality. Both the day and night areas are on one floor and the whole floor is at garden level, the concept of a house without stairs, just to go to the garage or the studio.
In search of a contemporary style we have created two distinct L-shaped volumes, the main one with the roof inclined to a water to provide strength and design to the building; the second building has been designed with an inverted flat roof, thus merging two different roof styles.
The first building is the day area, which, apart from the sloping roof, has a spectacular double height that will fill this room with light, which has three areas that are in the same environment but at the same time separate. On the one hand, the main entrance with a corridor decorated with a natural stone wall and a spacious kitchen, which incorporates an island with an oak table and the water area, in this area there is the living room table. Separated by a fireplace is the cozy sofa area, where the stairs to the studio will be located. The study area is a spectacular room open to the living room with a tribune at double height, an area that can have different functions that will be adapted by the future buyer of the project, this area will have glass facing the street from where you can see the sea and glass at the back of the house where a garden will be installed to give a touch of vegetation to this area.
The second building is the night area, where we have worked to give balance to the four rooms, they are four suites, all with their own bathroom. The main room has a spectacular dressing room and enough space to place a kingsize bed. The bathroom in this room has a double shower, double sink unit and a spectacular glass window to the rear garden. The rest of the rooms have built-in wardrobes. In the common area there is a closet for white linen and a minimalist courtesy toilet that is visually open to the garden.
In the materials of the project, stone, wood and a touch of iron are the protagonists, all of this fused with the warmth of white. In terms of quality, we have chosen great brands that are well-known in the international market.
Other details of the project are the underfloor heating, ducted air conditioning, home automation, a beautiful swimming pool with built-in sunbed area, the bioclimatic pergola, the double indoor direct and indirect lighting… in short, a spectacular project, a dream from home to enjoy in a privileged area.
