It’s been 15 years since this project, it was in 2009 when we finished the last details. Since then, the architecture and design have evolved, but for us it remains a spectacular house today. The owners guided us and their attitude was that it was a house to come and enjoy and that they wanted a Mediterranean air and this was our challenge.
We propose a distribution according to your needs. On the main floor we locate the kitchen and the living room, visually separated by the pool outside the house, this detail gives an incredible effect to the two rooms separated by a sheet of water. From the kitchen there is access to a terrace with barbecue and to the garden with swimming pool, where you can enjoy the outside with fantastic views of the sea. Three rooms were located on the lower floor and an indoor swimming pool and a multipurpose room were designed in the opposite wing to relax and enjoy leisure.
The years continue to pass and this project continues to delight us.
