Residential of 320 m2. In one of the most prestigious areas of Barcelona. A comprehensive reform has been carried out. When we started working on the first sketches, we were clear that we would leave the house open to adapt the stays to the needs of its owners.
We join the living room and kitchen so that these stays face the outside in their south orientation. In the northern area we locate the night area.
The parameters of the owners were that they wanted a modern home, where black predominated, with a base in light tones, with lacquers and without natural woods, where indirect lighting was the protagonist.
