This project is born from a feeling, from the feeling of a family to this location, a place with many memories for them, to a second home from the 70s that needed a series of important performances. The family then decides to demolish the building and build a new one. The assignment generated a lot of excitement for us when we learned about the sentimental value of this family.
The place is magical, on a circular path, surrounded by vegetation and stone, and with incredible views, we decided to make a project that mimicked the environment, with straight lines where the stone was the main star and with the priority that the house was a source of natural light, so we did it because all the rooms in the house including the basement have it.
The house has a spectacular living room with kitchen in one environment with privileged sea views, exit to a terrace with infinity pool and turquoise water. In the interior, the spectacular Atalaia ceramics from Inalco are combined with natural woods. On the night floor, the rooms have a bathroom, dressing room and incredible views of the sea disappearing into the horizon. In the basement we have located a large multipurpose room with access to the garden and an indoor pool that looks outside through a large glass that acts as a natural light source.
The exteriors have been dressed with indigenous vegetation, palm trees and seasonal plants, an oasis in a dream home.
