Sant Pol (I)

A 2006 integral project for single-family house on the coast of the Maresme. The House is on a very difficult plot with a steep slope in which the main challenge was to create one platform big enough to host the House. The project was developed on three platforms, the House in on the central one with an orientation towards the best view, on the highest platform we built a large solarium terrace, and on the lowest one there is a garage where we installed a lift connecting with the House.
