Gaietà stems from the desire to transform a place filled with family memories into a new home fully adapted to current needs.
The project envisions a luxury villa integrated into a setting surrounded by greenery and stone, employing clean architectural lines and natural materials to establish a constant dialogue with the landscape.
Natural light and sea views shape the layout. The living area combines the lounge and kitchen into a large open space connected to a terrace and an infinity pool. Inside, ceramic finishes are paired with natural wood to add warmth and reinforce the home’s Mediterranean character.
The bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, dressing rooms, and sea views, while the lower level houses a large multi-purpose room and an indoor pool visually connected to the garden.
Native vegetation, palm trees, and seasonal species complete a project in which architecture, interior design, and landscaping are conceived as a unified whole.
